After registration each participant is expected to raise a further minimum of $300 in order to be able to join the ride. To do so you can create your own online fundraiser using our software by visiting the 2013 Boomer’s Legacy British Columbia Ride Participant Fundraisers Page (click here to visit this link) and then clicking on the “Become a Fundraiser” button there. (Note: This link is also available on your registration page and the follow-up e-mail you will receive after successfully registering.)

Thursday Evening Ride Registration (13/06/2013)
The pre-ride registration event will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Comox Branch, 1825 Comox Ave. from 1800 hrs to 2100 hrs. A BBQ meal will be served, cost is $10 each. Then a rider briefing at 1900 hrs. with our Ride Marshall. You will be given your registration package after you turn in your pledge sheet and donations at the Registration Table. All riders are requested to pick up their registration packages at this time.
Participants are reminded that no “persons under the age of 19″ are permitted in the bar during the Thursday Evening Ride Registration, due to BC Liquor Board regulations.
Your registration package will include:

Your Sugoi Cycling jersey;
- Your jacket if you selected to order one (at $80 each, sizes available are xs, s, m, l, xl & xxl);

Lip Balm, courtesy of Gifty Serbeh-Dunn of Shea Butter Market;

A Boomer’s Team T-shirt – which you are encouraged to wear during the evening social events;

A placard with a photo and biography of a fallen Canadian soldier to be affixed to your bike. (“ZIP ties” will be provided for this purpose)

Comox Valley Training Rides: Led by Boomer’s Legacy Committee members Dave Berry/Greg Phelps, leaving from the Driftwood Mall parking lot every Saturday at 8am. Participants are encouraged to wear their Boomer’s Legacy team T-shirts or cycling jerseys.
Campbell River Training Rides: Led by Boomer’s Legacy Ride Marshal Ron Gauderault, leaving the Campbell River Sportsplex every Saturday morning at 8:30am.
